My "hometown" New England Revolution have officially become the Minnesota Vikings of American soccer. The Houston Dynamo took over the second half of the Championship game today in Washington, scoring two goals and winning their second consecutive MLS Cup... NE Revolution Win US Open Cup

The New England Revolution, of Major League Soccer, won the 94th Lamar Hunt US Open Cup on Wednesday at Frisco, Texas against Dallas FC, also of MLS. The Revolution have lost the MLS Cup final at Pizza Hut Park twice in their two visits to the finals at the soccer only stadium.
